Notice of Intent: MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NanoZoomer S60 (75N98026Q00665) The National Institutes of Health intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Hamamatsu. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Hamamatsu Corp is the only known responsible source who can provide the services that meet our standards. No other source has been identified who can provide the services requested in the maintenance agreement. Hamamatsu Corporation shall be the sole contractor authorized to provide maintenance, repair, and other services for the NanoZoomer S60. No unauthorized third party shall perform any such services on the NanoZoomer S60. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Hamamatsu Corporation is the only known source capable of providing the required services for the NanoZo
