Maintenance Agreement for NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system

NOTICE OF INTENT The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute, intends to solicit and negotiate with Illumina, Inc. on a sole-source basis for preventive maintenance services for one (1) Government-owned Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system, Serial Number A01064. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for the required commercial services. The anticipated contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government has determined that the required services are available from only one responsible source and that no other type of services will satisfy the Government's requirements.
