Maintenance Agreement Hitachi S-4800 Scanning Electron Microscope with Three (3) Option Years Notice No.: 75N98026Q01040 The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Hitachi High-Tech America for a maintenance agreement for the Government-owned Hitachi S-4800 Scanning Electron Microscope. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Hitachi High-Tech America is the only known responsible source capable of providing the required maintenance and repair services that meet the Government's requirements.
