Maintenance Service Agreement for Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) System for Spectral Karyotyping (SKY)

1: SCOPE: The contractor must provide all labor, material and equipment to perform preventive maintenance for a government-owned Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) system located in the Genetics Branch, Building 37, Room 6144 for the period of August 1, 2026 thru July 31, 2027. All maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturers standard commercial maintenance practices. 2: PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Contract shall perform not less than one (1) preventive maintenance inspective during the contract period.
