The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for Medical Case Management and Care Coordination Services to maintain established Medical Readiness goals. This solicitation officially renames the requirement from the legacy title of Non-Clinical Medical Case Management to eliminate ambiguity regarding labor categories and ensure the title accurately reflects the professional clinical qualifications (Registered Nurses) and administrative support duties mandated in the Performance Work Statement.
