Description
Update, 22 July 2026 - Updated SOW drafts. The 356th ETSG Contracting Office is posting this pre-solicitation in perparation for soliciting for two (2) design-build projects at Misawa Air Base in Aomori prefecture, Japan. The base requirements for the construction projects can be found in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for each project. While the formal solicitation will be a consolidation of the two projects, two distinct awards will be made. Offerors will be encouraged to propose for either site 1 or 2 or for both, if able. Two separate awards will be made either way. An organized pre-solicitation site visit is scheduled for 3 August 2026 at 0900 hours, Japan Standard Time (JST).
