Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) purchase order, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions, for either the Multisorb Technologies Incorporated (MULTISORB) Part Number (P/N) 02-0062BG01 or AGM Container Controls (AGM) P/N 645050 brand name items only, no substitutions allowed, as detailed in the attached combined solicitation/synopsis The contract minimum guarantee referred to in paragraph (b) of FAR Clause 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity, below, is 200 Units.
