The purpose of this requirement is to acquire 220 K9 MEDIC Online Training Modules: Narcan/Naloxone Certification Course(s) for all new Canine Handlers for the National Explosive Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP) Explosives Detection Canine Handler (EDCH). The Narcan/Naloxone Certification Course(s) provide handlers with critical knowledge about opioid dangers specific to K9s.
