National Recruitment Advertising Campaign

This is a non-personal services contract to provide all services relating to the NRAC and to plan, design, produce, execute, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of advertisingin support of USSS national, regional, and local recruiting efforts. The contractor shallwork with RECDIV-designated staff and shall be capable of using all available media formats, including, but not limited to; television, radio, magazine, newspaper, academia,internet, direct mail, outdoor and transit promotional material (posters, brochures, etc.),videotape, DVDs and film.
