The proposed acquisition is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the Council on Occupational Education (COE) (CAGE:1G2L4), IAW FAR Overhaul 12.202(b) and FAR Overhaul 5.101 and 5.201. The Council on Occupational Education is a national institutional accrediting agency for the accreditation of non-degree-granting and applied associate degree-granting postsecondary occupational education institutions and the only nationally recognized accrediting firm that can support the federal government training activities.
