NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE ACQUISITION Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Watanabe Enterprises for Locum Physician Services for the period of performance December 1, 2026 through January 30, 2027. The Government intends to use the procedures at 12.102(b), 12.201-1, and 6.103-1, subject to the approved acquisition strategy and determination that only one source is reasonably available.
