Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is posting a Special Notice/ Synopsis to issue the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) HM047626R0018 for public notice for NGA Human Resource Management II (HRM II). The estimated release date of solicitation HM047626R0018 is on or around 15 days after the posting of this synopsis. The Government currently anticipates 30 days for a Technical Proposal response. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The Government will not accept industry questions at this time for this synopsis. The HRM II RFP will be a commercial effort under FAR Part 12 and the Government anticipates using Best Value Tradeoff evaluation methods
