Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Point of Contact: Hannah Hartman, Contracting Office hannah.hartman@noaa.gov Set-aside: Small Business Sole Source Proposed Codes for Services or Supplies: J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment) 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) Description: The scope of this contract is to perform annual preventative maintenance, calibration, testing, and then certify all associated components and equipment for an extended warranty on seven (7) HISS, and three (3) Hydrogen Electrolyzers. The work includes but is not limited to: visual inspection of all system components, leak testing, pressure testing, temperature checking, filter and cartridge replacements, re-stocking
