Description

This award was for an emergency transformer inspection and repair of the following: Normal Power Transformer 800-T8 located at 6505 South Manthey Road, French Camp, California, 95231. The contractor to complete a visual inspection of the transformer to determine the oil leak cause and recommend a repair. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials needed to perform all work required for the repair proposed and approved for the transformer located at the Stockton Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Northern California VA. This urgent requirement procured as a sole source to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owed Small Business (SDVOSB). This is in accordance with (IAW) RFO 6.103-2(a).
