Description
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Contracts and Grants Management (CGM) Division intends to issue a Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other than Full and Open Competition for the retroactive exercise of a contract option period on a lapsed MCC contract, due to the impact of the Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid dated January 20, 2025 (Foreign Assistance Review).
