Description
This is the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Notice of Intent to sole source the purchase and installation of one (1) HI-SCAN 5030C Mobile US Standard X-Ray System w/ 1 year license iCMORE and hardware. The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencys requirements. The agency will solicit the equipment and license from Smiths Detection, 2202 Lakeside Blvd, Edgewood, MD 21040.
