This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for a one-year (09/22/2026 09/212027) contract for maintenance contract for the NextSeq 2000 (S/N VH01190). Illumina is the sole source of Illumina instrumentation, preventive maintenance service contracts, and replacement instrument parts. The expertise of Illumina engineers is specific for their instruments, and they offer the preventive maintenance that is required for our laboratory accreditation.
