Description
This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for Annual Preventative Maintenance for Steris Medivators Endoscope Reprocessing equipment is critical to the Clinical Center operations. The manufacturer of the equipment, Steris, does not allow third party contractors to maintain their equipment. A maintenance contract is needed to maintain the product. This will be a follow-on maintenance contract for the aforementioned equipment; this will be a base + 4 option year contract (total of 5 years). The period of performance will take place from 8/1/2026 through 7/31/2031. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Sim
