THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) SUBPART 5.1 PRESOLICITATION NAICS: 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Response Deadline: 4 SEP 2026 2 PM PST. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District (NWP) intends to negotiate/award a firm-fixed price (FFP) service, single source procurement to Turn-Key Technologies, to provide maintenance, replacement parts, follow-up support, and warranty services to the Access 3k wireless infrastructure located at The Dalles Lock and Dam. Contractor will provide service repair coverage to The Dalles Dam, along with an Annual On-Site Preventive Maintenance Visit.
