Description
JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL (J&A) FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION PURSUANT TO FAR SUBPART 6.3 The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), U.S. Department of State, at the U.S. Embassy in Quito, Ecuador, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis to AVP SISTEMAS S.A. for the renewal of proprietary forensic software licenses and services. This procurement includes two (2) InsEYEts Online Pro UFED PA licenses with unlimited extractions, one (1) InsEYEts Online license with 150 limited unlocks, one (1) Oxygen Forensic Detective license, training for eight (8) personnel, and 24/7 specialized technical support for 12 months.
