Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order to Municipal Market Analytics

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Municipal Market Analytics (MMA), 75 Main ST FL 2, Concord, Massachusetts, 01742. The SEC requires access to Municipal Market Analytics publications. This action is being processed as a single source because the Contracting Officer has determined that MMA is the only source that can reasonably meet the SECs requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The SEC intends to award a purchase order to MMA Inc. on or about July 28, 2025.
