Description
USCIS Service Center Operations Directorate (SCOPS) and the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) have a need for preventative maintenance and annual software licenses for five (5) existing OPEX Falcon+ scanners. The scanners are used to digitize immigration documents for input into the various USCIS systems as part of the overall digitization effort. This instant requirement is for one-year of maintenance support and associated annual licenses.
