This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Paint and Repair Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only SDVOSBs are eligible to submit offers for this solicitation. The solicitation number is W911S7-26-B-A006, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Bid. The NAICS code is 238320 with a small business size standard of $19M. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, prepare and paint various surfaces - interior and/or exterior, and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached SOW/Specifications in Attachment 1
