Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Government may award the Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract/Purchase Order will be firm fixed price.?
