Pre-solicitation Notice for Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in Texas and Oklahoma, USA.

Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0025 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Texas and Oklahoma Zones. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from October 11, 2026 to October 6, 2029. Tier 1 will be from October 11, 2026 to October 7, 2028. Tier 2 will be from October 8, 2028 to October 6, 2029. The solicitation contains two groups: Group 1: Texas Troops Group 2: Oklahoma Troops All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
