INTENT TO PROCURE: The Government intends to release a firm fixed price request for proposal on or before 30 March 2026 sole source to Sargent Aerospace & Defense LLC (Cage Code 78062) for an actuating linear cylinder assembly that contains a piston. Item is used on the C-5 crew entry door ladder. Impediment to Competition: The original equipment manufacturer for this item is Sargent Aerospace & Defense, LLC. (CAGE 78062). Sargent Aerospace & Defense maintains its configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or any other releasable technical data in support of this requirement.
