Progressive Design-Build (PDB) of Ft. Campbell Aircraft Maintenance Hangar

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this special notice to announce an upcoming competition for construction solicitation for Fort Campbell utilizing an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement for a prototype project under 10 U.S.C. 4022. The anticipated delivery method is Progressive Design-Build (PDB). This notice is for informational and planning purposes to allow interested parties to prepare for and provide feedback prior to the official solicitation release. INDUSTRY DAY USACE intends to conduct an Industry Day on 8 October 2026 at 0900 Central Time to provide an overview of the project, acquisition strategy, and anticipated requirements. This event will provide interested parties with an opportunity to gain additional insight into the project and proposed Progressive Design
