The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that were received (see below) and to extend the response date to 7/28/2026 The solicitation requires a "Hazardous Material License Number" and DOT certification under 49 CFR Part 172, Subpart H. Please clarify whether a PHMSA Hazardous Materials Registration/License is required for this procurement.
