Description
Task Order W15QKN-26-F-0046 was awarded via an exception to fair opportunity pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A) under the HRS Personnel Life Cycle Support IDIQ. TO award was made to immediately resume Reserve Component Transition Assistance Support Services (RCTASS) for the National Guard Bureau (NGB), J1 which had lapsed on 23 October 2025 due to a lapse in Federal Appropriations.
