Description
The Commodities Contracting Office at Tinker AFB, OK (AFSC/PZABA) has awarded a purchase order on a Sole Source basis for long-lead material to repair B-1B Vertical Situational Display Unit (VSDU) and Fully Integrated Data Link (FIDL) from Rockwell Collins Inc (CAGE 84T51). The award was made on a sole source basis using the authority at FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Meet Agency Requirements. The Government does not possess the necessary Technical Data Package (TDP) to perform the repairs or maintain parts pool. Redacted Justification and Approval document is attached.
