Description
The subject project provides for Repair Seawall at Urago Dock 2 at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan. A modification to Contract N4008422C0101 was awarded on a sole source basis to Sumiju Yokosuka Kogyo Co. Ltd. pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2. This justification is being made publicly available in accordance with FAR 6.305(b).
