The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard is $19M. PSC 4120 - Air Conditioning Equipment. This requirement is for the Removal and Replacement of six (6) Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Units and two (2) Chiller units located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) in accordance with the associated Statement of Work.
