***Extension to due date. Due date is now 8/4/2026.*** ***Please note this is an RFP not Sealed bid solicitation.*** The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Solicitation for the complete the Design-Build of Retamal Dam Emergency Generator and Building. The emergency generator at Retamal Dam is no longer working and rreplacment is necessary. The new generator will be housed in a metal building installed on a new concrete pad with a modern diesel fuel tank. The Construction includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, inspection of all systems and structures, disposal of debris and construction waste, quality control testing.
