Rota Job Order Contract (JOC)

This is a source sought notice. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes. The scope of the requirement is to perform incidental design, renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, demolition, and NAVFAC Construction work classified as Category II, III, or IV (See paragraph 1.2 of the draft Statement of Work, attached to this announcement, for a description and examples of these categories). The Procurement Method will be Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. The Navy intends to solicit and award a single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ)
