Description
This contract provides training and technical assistance (T/TA) to State Councils on Developmental Disabilities to strengthen their capacity to carry out their responsibilities under the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act. Services include training, targeted technical assistance, information dissemination, peer learning, evaluation support, and other capacity-building activities designed to support State Councils in implementing their State Plans and responding to emerging needs. This contract action utilizes a hybrid contract structure consisting of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) requirements.
