The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals for the award of a single firm-fixed-price construction contract for a design-bid-build project to establish a turnkey U.S. Passport Office for the U.S. Department of State at thevWallace F. Bennett Federal Building in Salt Lake City, Utah. This notice is issued for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.
