The Department of Veterans Affairs, American Lake VA Medical Center, operates a mission-critical Building Automation Systems (BAS) supporting clinical, administrative, and infrastructure operations. Building Automation Eco structure requires comprehensive maintenance and monitoring. The objective of this contract is to: 1. Provide a clean and healthy atmosphere which is compliant with all hospital regulatory agencies such as the Joint Commission, CAP, CARF, OMI. 2.
