The Department of Veterans Affairs, American Lake VA Medical Center, operates a mission-critical Building Automation Systems (BAS) supporting clinical, administrative, and infrastructure operations. Building Automation Eco structure requires comprehensive maintenance and monitoring. The objective of this contract is to: 1. Provide a clean and healthy atmosphere which is compliant with all hospital regulatory agencies such as the Joint Commission, CAP, CARF, OMI. 2. Maintain continuous operation of the HVAC and building automation system 24/7/365 days. 3. Maintain efficient operation of equipment. 4.
