Construct a single story Virtualized Magnetic Warfare Mission and Engineering Center. The building includes SSO space; mission engineering support spaces (collaborative and office); and live virtual constructive reconfigurable laboratories equipped to conduct engineering and operations-based testing. The facility must be ICD 705 and meet anti-terrorism standards UFC compliant (4-010-01). The facility must incorporate necessary cybersecurity features.
