This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 20,071 rentable square feet of space yielding 18,408 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet as a New Lease acquisition for a Department of Veterans Affairs St. Cloud, MN located at 622 S Johnson Drive, Litchfield, MN 55355. The leased premise includes 124 surface parking spaces. The lease has been awarded to Molasky SES JV LLC, located in Omaha, NE. Tenant Improvements and FSL II BSAC have been included in the amount of $8,207,187.08 to be paid lump sum upon buildout completion and acceptance of space.
