Description

PURPOSE: This notice is a synopsis of an upcoming Construction requirement at Badlands National Park; this is NOT a formal solicitation. SYNOPSIS OF WORK: The National Park Service has a requirement to construct a NEW visitor center on the south side of Badlands Loop Road located between the old Ben Reifel Visitor Center and the Cedar Pass Lodge. Large, north-facing windows will immerse visitors in the badlands landscape. The project will allow for expansion due to increased yearly visitation and will provide a more positive visitor experience. This is being constructed following an overall revamp review of the developed area.
