DESCRIPTION PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete project 556-25-102 Green House Homes Steam Utility at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. This requirement is to provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision for renovations resulting in a complete, compliant, and fully functional project as described throughout the contract documents. The purpose of this project is to provide steam service to Green House Homes 201 and 202. Existing gas fired hot water boilers (2 per home) and gas fired steam generators (1 per home) are to be replaced. Steam-to-Hot Water heat exchanger
