This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intent to negotiate/award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to Oculus, Inc,, located at 1 S. Memorial Drive, Suite 1500, St. Louis, Missouri, 63102-2453 for the purpose of providing follow-on services for the A&E support services for the roof replacement project located at the U.S. EPA Ann Arbor National Vehicle Fuel and Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), 2565 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
