Grounds Maintenance for KS065 (MS)

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools,materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to performgrounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for thoseitems specified as government furnished property and services. The period of performanceshall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 March 2026 (or subsequent date) through 28February 2027 and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up tosix (6) months.
