The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Landscape Materials at Riverside National Cemetery. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Requirement: The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to procure and deliver bulk landscape materials to Riverside National Cemetery.
