Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for Consulate building elevators

SCOPE OF WORK The U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai, India requires the Contractor to maintain the elevators identified in Attachment 1 in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Under this contract the Contractor shall provide: Provide a full service maintenance agreement written in English. Full service maintenance means that all parts, materials, supplies and labor are included with the exception of repairs made due
