Presolicitation Notice DESCRIPTION Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision for renovations at Captain James A. Lovell FHCC, North Chicago, IL to enable complete and compliant replacement of AHU-12 Temptrol unit located in penthouse PD-100 of Bldg. 133 serving Surgical Administration and AHU-1 Johnson-Marcraft custom AHU serving the surgical area located in Rm 3C-100 of Bldg. 133. These air handlers supply the surgical suites 1-4 and all administrative areas except OR-5 and Cystoscopy. The renovation will remove and replace all AHU components as described in the project drawings and specifications.
