Description The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLR VAMC), has a requirement to renovate an existing storage closet to construct a Hazardous Drug Storage Room and to perform associated building system modifications as shown in the Contract Documents. The intent of this project is to provide a code-compliant, secure, negative-pressure Hazardous Drug Storage Room that meets VA pharmacy safety, infection control, ventilation, and security requirements. Definitization of Equitable Adjustments When/if change orders are issued under the resulting contract, they will be issued under the following authority(s): FAR 52.243-4, Changes (JUN 2007) (DEVIATION JUL 2025), and VAAR 852.243-70, Construction Contract Changes Supplement (SEP 2019).
