The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole source, Fixed Price modification to an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract N68335-22-D-0013 that is issued to Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp.
