STATEMENT OF WORK Project Number: 558-22-172 Replace Chillers for AHU 1 and 2 Scope: The scope of work shall generally consist of but not limited to the following: providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to complete the replacement of chillers that serves AHU 1 and 2 and associated equipment and structural upgrades as shown in the drawings and specifications. Construction Period - Pre-Construction Meeting: Contractor shall participate in and facilitate a Pre-Con in conjunction with the Contracting Officer, COR, A&E, and building stakeholders as needed.
