Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to fully de-install, remove, transport, and dispose of two (2) GE INNOVA 4100-IQ imaging systems and associated peripheral subcomponents from Radiology (1D44/1D42A in building 1) at the George E Wahlen Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salt Lake City UT. Work shall be performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and all applicable VA, federal, state, and local requirements.
